10 Day Shakeology Nutrition Kick Start

The 10 Day Shakeology Nutrition Kick Start is designed to help you get your feet under you, give you a short term goal that can help you to learn how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle, and give you the confidence you need to move on to a fully incorporated healthy lifestyle. This Shakeology Nutrition Kick Start will help you lose weight, incorporate exercise into your daily routine and get in the habit of eating five healthy, balanced meals a day. During the ten days, you will be asked to:

  • Drink Shakeology every day
  • Exercise 8 of the 10 days for at least 30 minutes
  • Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
  • Follow the Shakeology eating plan found here
